"After the flooding from Hurricane Helene we were referred to B&H Construction who immediately came out to start the demolition phase. Their quick response saved us from further damage from mold. After the demolition we worked with B&H to rebuild our home. All the cabinetry, bathrooms, flooring and two feet of walls throughout the house needed to be replaced. Working with David Hardwick we developed a plan and B&H crews systematically ordered the materials and started putting things back together. As issues arose, they fully explained the code requirements and functionality for changes needed. When we brought up ideas or changes, they happily agreed and incorporated the change without adjusting the original cost. During the construction phase we added scope to make improvements to the house and B&H quickly gave us a quote that was very reasonable which we incorporated into the plan. The quality and craftsmanship of their work transformed the house into a new beautiful home. We were impressed with the integrity of the team, willingness to make changes and B&H’s workmanship quality. Despite the tragedy from the hurricane we were blessed to get B&H to help us through the demo and rebuilding of our home which was less expensive than other neighbors’ costs. Through the rebuilding we met all B&H owners who communicated well, shared the goal of and demonstrated excellent customer service. We highly recommend B&H Speciality Construction and we will be using them for future projects."

It’s rare to find a construction company with an owner who cares as deeply about quality and reputation as David does. When we hit a hiccup in the project, David showed up in person, pulled a crew off other jobs at 5 PM, and worked late to make sure the project was completed quickly and flawlessly. That kind of dedication is almost unheard of these days.

Every subcontractor they used was excellent as well. They arrived on time, did impeccable work, and were respectful of our home the entire time.

I can’t recommend B&H Construction highly enough, and my only concern is whether they’ll still have room on their schedule for all of our future projects, because we’ll be calling them every time."
