This is a full design-build, with an addition of a pool. This home is currently for sale so if someone is interested finishes can still be changed to the new owners liking.

Palm Island Treehouse

Siesta key, Florida

Design-build

Scope includes construction of a new structure as proposed, with existing pool to remain and be resurfaced.

LBK Residence

North Longboat Key, Florida

Design-build

Scope includes construction of a new home directly on the inter coastal.

Cypress Estate

Siesta Key, Florida

Design-build

Scope includes construction of a new main structure to match the existing structure that wasn't damaged by the hurricane. The pool will remain but will undergo refinishing.

Stone Ridge Trail

Sarasota, Florida

Renovations

Scope included a full gut and renovation, second floor addition, pool refinishing, and addition of a guest house.

Vanderbilt Drive

Naples, Florida

Renovations

Scope of work included adding 2 bathrooms, and remodeling the master bath and bathroom. All new floors, lighting, stucco, trim and doors were added to the home.
